For every item sold, we donate 5% of our sales to mental health organizations. As our community grows, we aim to increase this contribution, amplifying our impact together. How often will you donate?

Our contributions are made quarterly, ensuring ongoing support for those in need. Dates would be given in advance and proof would be shown after.

Can I choose the organization to which my purchase contributes?

Currently, all contributions are distributed among organizations based on where the need is greatest. We carefully select these organisations to ensure that your support makes the most impact.

Do you offer international shipping?

How do I choose the right size for apparel?

We provide a sizing chart on each apparel product page. To ensure the best fit, we recommend measuring a similar item you own and comparing it to the dimensions provided in our chart.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Here's how it is calculated: we add both, the production time and the shipping time.

In general, most orders are shipped within 2-5 business days after the order has been placed, due to production time.

It might take 3-7 business days for standard shipping, including free shipping. We do not offer express shipping at the moment.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery on our website.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, we do NOT offer returns or exchange, given the nature of our mission and the contribution of each sale, we ask for your understanding that all sales are final. Please contact us if you have any concerns about your order.
