Do you offer international shipping?

• Not at the moment, we are working on it.

How long does it take to receive my order?

• Estimated delivery time is 5-12 business days.

Here's how it is calculated: we add both, the production time and the shipping time.

• In general, most orders are shipped within 2-5 business days after the order has been placed, due to production time.

• It might take 3-7 business days for standard shipping, including free shipping. We do not offer express shipping at the moment.

• Yes, once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery on our website.

• Unfortunately, we do NOT offer returns or exchange, given the nature of our mission and the contribution of each sale, we ask for your understanding that all sales are final. Please contact us if you have any concerns about your order.

What is your return policy?

• Unfortunately, we do NOT offer returns or exchange, due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. This policy also allows us to uphold our commitment to supporting mental health initiatives, as a portion of every sale is donated to mental health organizations, driving positive change in our community, we ask for your understanding that all sales are final.
